Transplanted today: Red Kitten Spinach, Beets (lots!), onions, Swiss Chard. Seeds: Parsnips. At home, transplanted some kale and mesclun into planters. Started Butternut Squash, watermelon, cucumbers. Update 4/28 - planted potatoes. Next year get only 10 lbs of seed! 15 lbs too much.
Blooming: Primrose, daffodils, magnolias blooming. At Sleeping Giant, Trout lily were at their peak, and Bloodroot and Dutchman's Breeches were also in bloom. The first dandelions are just starting. Forsythia in full bloom.
