Planted garlic today...[update 10/26...Stone Gardens Farm is planting their garlic this weekend and say any time after the end of September is good for it].
Picked the last of the tomatillos, some Swiss chard, Kale, and the last of the yard long beans. No frost yet, so the marigolds, dahlias, and greens are still growing. The turnips that were planted earlier are producing, while the second batch are growing well but not large enough to produce edible roots. Cold snap in the forecast.
Working lots of chopped leaves into the beds, and applied a bag of lime to the middle plot.
