Transplanted Tomatoes

Trees over the driveway are leafing out and starting to shade the drive, and the tomatoes were about a foot tall, so I transplanted them all.  The four in the deep pot that I divided with lots of plastic knives a few weeks ago was a lot easier to break into quarters and the dirt didn't fall from the roots. Do that again in the future, and use the really deep pots...the tomatoes in the deepest pots grew the fastest.

The little red Japanese maple by the front door is all leafed out.

Lots of flea beetles on the arugula, raddishes, rutabega seedlings. In the future, start those seedlings at home and transplant when they are tougher.
